Our 2017 Customer Commitments
This year, instead of buying an expensive gym membership or going vegan, we thought we’d keep our New Year’s Resolutions all about our customers, with a brand new Customer Commitment.
These commitments are designed to keep our users at the centre of our business, ensuring the very best in customer service and delivery.
Customer Commitment Number One:
When we spoke with many of our new customers last year they often told us that they used to keep regular orders every month with their old suppliers. Unfortunately they soon got frustrated because even though they ordered the same thing every month, often they’d be left waiting for back orders of their items. When you’re running a business that has regular needs for hygiene consumables such as hand wash, toilet rolls, hand towels and suchlike, it’s essential that you’re never caught short! That’s why our first promise to you is that if you keep a guaranteed stock list with us, you’ll never have to wait for a back order. We’re so sure that we can deliver on this that we’ll even give you your entire order for free if we make you wait.
Customer Commitment Number Two:
Did you know we have dedicated customer service and sales representatives here in our UK office? They're always available to take a call or respond to your emails. We never outsource our calls or ask you to go through a complicated robotic phone process. Instead, you’ll always get through to a friendly human-being who really knows their stuff. Prefer digital? Not a problem at all, just pop your details into any of our web enquiry forms and we’ll make sure it’s followed up within one business hour.
Customer Commitment Number Three:
Now we like to think our prices are always competitive, in fact, if you can find the same product listed somewhere else cheaper, then send it on over to us and we’ll beat that published price for you no problem. Just call us the John Lewis of hygiene.
Customer Commitment Number Four:
Over Christmas we gave away a series of Amazon Fire tablets to lots of our best clients as a thank you for their festive orders. Just like the online giant, we’ll dispatch your orders as soon as we possibly can. If the products are in stock we’ll always dispatch them within one working day. And don’t worry, if we have to back order them then you can be sure that we’ll get them out as soon as they get to us too, keeping you updated all the way.
