The New Simpler Recycling Rules For Recycling
From 31st March 2025, the new Simpler Recycling law requires all businesses in England to sort their waste differently for recycling.
The new requirement for most households and workplaces will be 4 waste streams for:
- Residual (non-recyclable) waste
- Food waste (mixed with garden waste if appropriate)
- Paper and card
- All other dry recyclable materials (plastic, metal and glass)
To ensure readiness, careful consideration should be given to waste management practices within the workplace.
This involves establishing effective systems and coordinating with waste collectors to align with your specific requirements.
Comply With The New Regulations:
We have made it easy to comply with the new legislation, choose from the Pace, Agile, Climate or Aspire recycling stations below, each with the 4 required waste streams.
Each waste stream is clearly colour-coded and labelled with icons along with a breakdown of each waste, making it clear and simple for easy identification.
This helps to reduce confusion in the workplace around recycling and drive the right user-behaviour.
