BMW, one of the world’s largest car manufacturers, have recently installed the effective CleanTrax ProfilGate system into their warehouse and are proving the benefits of doing so.
At the UK Engine Plant production site in Warwickshire, BMW have installed a CleanTrax ProfilGate system that is 4 grates wide by 5 grates long to give them the ultimate cleaning effectiveness.
CleanTrax ProfilGate helps them to contain dirt, dust and moisture at the doorway entrance and prevent it from spreading throughout the workplace. The system helps to reduce floor cleaning and maintenance costs, time and labour.
CleanTrax ProfilGate helps to make the warehouse floors safer and prevent slips during rainfall as it helps to dry the moisture from wheels of forktrucks.
CleanTrax ProfilGate is also used in the UK by Toyota Manufacturing, DS Smith Packaging, British Sugar, United Biscuits (McVities), Vale Europe, Rocialle Medical, WJ Linney, Whitford. It is also used by Coca Cola, Honda, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, Rolls Royce, Proctor & Gamble and many others in Europe.
